At OEG Training, we specialise in supporting service leavers into the wind industry. Our team includes Tri‑Service ex‑military instructors who have completed their own resettlement journeys and can provide genuine, experience‑based guidance throughout your transition.
What is ELCAS funding?
ELCAS funding helps eligible serving and former UK Armed Forces personnel access approved qualifications at Level 3 and above, supporting retraining, upskilling, and career transition.
Our ELCAS-funded wind training package includes the essential GWO safety certifications required to begin working in the offshore wind industry. Designed for those moving into a new career, the package provides a clear route into a growing, safety-critical sector.
What does the ELCAS package include?
The ELCAS funded package includes GWO Basic Safety Training, GWO Basic Technical Training, GWO Enhanced First Aid and GWO Advanced Rescue Training.
