Career Transition Partnership (CTP)
The official UK Armed Forces resettlement service, delivered by the MOD and Reed in Partnership to support service leavers as they move into civilian careers.
The wind energy sector is growing rapidly, creating strong demand for skilled people both onshore and offshore. With proven experience in high-pressure environments, safety-focused operations, leadership, logistics, and technical roles, ex-military personnel are ideally placed to transition into rewarding careers in wind energy.
Eligible service leavers and veterans can access ELCAS and CTP funding to support their transition into wind energy. OEG Training can guide you through your options and help you take the next step towards a new career in renewables.
