Since OPS-Training has been providing GWO training courses, we have received 25,656 GWO participant feedback returns giving our training facilities an average score of 4.83 from a maximum of 5; a fantastic achievement which is testament to the professional delivery of our instructors, support team and the facilities within our training centres.
During the period 22 Oct 2023 – 20 Oct 2024 we delivered 466 GWO Courses to 2086 Delegates, and received 270 participant feedback emails, we are very proud of the following comments regarding participants attending our training facilities:

This is the second time now I've done my GWO training here at OPS. The staff are great and their facilities are fantastic. Lunch is provided every day and there is plenty to choose from. I highly recommend OPS training.
The trainers all have significant amounts of experience and, subsequently, expertise. Really friendly team that were able to reach the whole group, all of whom had very different experience level and backgrounds.
During the period 04/01/21 – 30/09/21 we delivered GWO courses to 3532 participants and had 145 responses to the participants feedback emailed and uploaded onto the website on completion of the course. We are extremely delighted with the comments and reviews, especially during these difficult times as we always strive to ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to within the government guidelines for COVID-19.

I found the course extremely enjoyable and very well taught. Simon was extremely attentive to each member of the group. As the class was a mixture of experienced and novice slingers, he really strived to make sure we were all brought up to the same high standards. Staff were also all very friendly, joining instructions where spot-on and the facilities where well equipped and exceptionally clean and well presented. Definitely the best tutor/teaching experience I've had from a training centre and this will make me choose OPS for any training needs in the future. Thanks to Simon and all at OPS
Phil is by far the best trainer I’ve had. He has incredibly good teaching skills and knowledge. I have never left a classroom in my life with such a big luggage of knowledge like my training with him. 5 stars from me.
This was my first time at OPS from the minute you walk in your made to feel welcome and the Staff on the front desk told me all I need to know and showed me around. The training was excellent.

The staff at OPS Training are so friendly and welcoming when you turn up and the trainer Mike was so helpful and went out of his way to help me understand everything I needed to know about the training course and I learned some much on the course it was amazing.

What a great service provider, you deserve all the awards, prior, during and after the whole of OPS-Training was a pure pleasure to train with , I gained my BST GWO (Already having all the Opito offshore Training's) and found work straight away (luckily ) , I believe you can make a good jobs relocation side of the business as well as great training centre, it was a pleasure, having been in the industry for over 20 years , I have been around most centres internationally, you are at the top, great family atmosphere, well done.

That is my second course at OPS and I am extremely satisfied the way you choose your instructors. Dave certainly has that drive, that you would love to see everywhere else(but it does not happen, unfortunately) and gives so much useful additional information, it is just brilliant. I have done quite a few courses in the past and I am very pleased to see the huge difference, gap, between OPS and other centres regarding the freelancers they take on to lead courses.
